|Recommended: YesKind, quick service — The service at Chappell Hill is amazing. All the staff members are super friendly and any maintenance problems are solved quickly.
|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — I'm very happy with my decision to live here. The pricing isn't too high, the apartments are nice and the gated community makes me feel very safe in where I live. The only thing I would change would be the bedrooms. There is no light or ceiling fan in either bedroom. The property is very nice, it's not too loud, and it's easily accessible to I-35 and to the stores around the town.
|Recommended: YesA peaceful and quaint environment — Living in Chappell Hill is very convenient and everyone on the property is very welcoming and friendly. Prices are fair and there are many floor plans to choose from. The great variety in single bedroom was a huge selling point.
|Recommended: YesLove this place — If someone were to ask what it's like to live at Chappell Hill, I would tell them that it's a perfect place for someone looking for a peaceful environment. It is a well kept and friendly community. It is one of the best apartment complexes in Temple.
|Recommended: YesGreat place to stay — Great atmosphere. Tall trees. Beautiful sunlight usually. Timely maintenance. Curbside garbage pickup awesomeness on MWF. Limited options for cable and internet - hopefully will change.
|Recommended: YesAwesome property staff — Great environment, as a single mother I felt safe and secured within the complex. The staff is so nice and always willing to help.
|Recommended: YesGreat Community — The complex is nice and quiet. Lots of great green spaces with beautiful, big trees. Office staff and maintenance are all very nice and accommodating. The units themselves are slightly outdated and seem to require some updates...
|Recommended: YesBest apartment in Temple for the price — It is a really nice community to live in. Maintenance is FAST and office staff is wonderful. I used to hear my neighbor's music occasionally, but they moved so it is no longer a problem, and it was never loud enough to complain. I have a non-updated unit that is not the highest quality, but I couldn't ask for better for the price I pay. I have friends in other apartments who pay more but are not near as satisfied with their apartments.
|Recommended: YesLove living here — Nice community. Love all the trees. The staff is super nice and helpful. Maintenance request have always been done same day or next day at the latest. I have lived here almost 2 years and I have had no problems at all. Parking spots can be tricky at times though.
|Recommended: YesNot cheap...but worth it — I moved to Temple from Killeen to be closer to work BSW . I wanted to live in a nice complex that was not too large, beautiful, quiet, and safe. I feel Chappell Hill meets my criteria. Of course it does not come without a nice size rent. I will say. The rent is consistent. I live in the largest 1 bd which is 710 non-ungraded. With water my rent still stays below 740.
|Recommended: YesNice and quiet — It is one of the best apartment communities in this area. It's nice, quiet, clean and in a central location.
|Recommended: YesIt is beautiful, all the trees and landscaping, but could use some upgrades inside. — We loved all the trees and the area. Didn't enjoy the kitchen, and wish there were ceiling fans and lights on the ceilings.
|Recommended: YesLovely buildings and landscape. — I feel safe and at home living here.
|Recommended: YesI recommented — good apartment parking and staff
|Recommended: NoGreat Place be prepared to pay out the nose for Electric — I agree with everyone else this is a great place, nice staff, wonderful maintenance, and great amenities. The only thing that surprises me is no one has ever mentioned the electric bills but it's all I hear about from other people. The apartments are not built for cold weather. Pray for a warm winter if you are here. We've had a miserably cold one. With our thermostat set at 63 and no higher all day and night, our fire place always has a fire in it during the day, and a space heater on all day our bills are still $300 to $400. We've been in apartments for about 10 years now and this is 4 times higher than we've EVER paid. I've asked other residents and they say the same thing, though we have the loft and it's worse, so stay away from the loft. I've also met people who lived here in the past and left because they couldn't afford the electric bills.
Anyway the apartments are great, well maintained, and the staff is nice. Just pray for a warm winter and don't get the loft!
