We offer 6- to 15-month leasing options. 

How much is the security deposit?


How much of the security deposit is refundable?

The deposit is fully refundable after move-out as long as there is no damage.

Is there an application fee?

We require a $60 application fee per person or a $100 fee for a married couple.

Are there qualifications?

We require that you have an income three times the monthly rent, good credit/background, and good rental history.

Can I apply online?

We require a $60 application fee, a $300 deposit, and the prorated rent amount before move-in.

Do I have to pay first & last month's rent?

No, only the first month's rent is due before move-in.

When is rent due?

Rent is due between the 1st and the 3rd of each month.

What forms of payment are acceptable?

We accept checks, money orders, or online payments using a debit/credit card or an e-check.

Is there a late fee for overdue payments?

We start charging late fees on the 4th of each month.

Is renter's insurance required?

Yes, we require a $100,000 personal liability.

What is the average cost for utilities each month?

Utilities average about $250 each month.

Are the apartments furnished?


Do you have items I can rent?

Yes. We provide washer & dryer sets, nest thermostats, storage units, and garages for rent.

The pool is open from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

The clubhouse is open Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and we're closed Saturday and Sunday.

What are the hours for the fitness center?

The fitness center is open 24 hours.

We offer curbside trash pick-up Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

We do not allow smoking anywhere on the property.

What is the parking situation?

We provide open parking. You can park anywhere you like.

Can residents put personal grills on their balconies?

You can store grills on the patio, but you may not use them on the patio. They must be at least 10 ft. away from the building while in use.

What is the procedure for moving out?

We require a 60-day written notice.

What kinds of washers and dryers do in-apartment hookups accomadate?

They accommodate full-size washer and dryer connections.
