|Recommended: YesIt's home. — I have lived here for many years, and my parents lived here before me, and that is because this place is like family and home. There is so much to offer with the pool and gym and half court, etc. The staff is friendly, and they obviously care, rather than just acting like they do. You are more than just an apartment number. They know your name, and you matter. Maintenance is prompt and respectfully responsive to needs. One of the best places to live in Temple, TX, for sure

|Recommended: YesPleasantly Surprised — I just moved in last week and had never actually seen the apartment in person because there were no tours due to Covid. I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the apartment as well as now nice it was. There are some issues I reported, but it seems like they have already been taken care of, which is great

|Recommended: YesAmazing — I enjoyed living here and even hosting my friends for a couple of events pre and post rona. It's appliances are stainless and sleek and when there was an issue maintenance came and helped to solve in a timely manner. I appreciate the professionalism and courtesy of the management staff and their communication was quick and concise. Would recommend all day every day.
